After three months in London I took a position in a small company as a technician. My role as technician included: repairing laptops, computers, mobile phones, tablets, game consoles and Mac computers. I resolved many types of software and hardware problems, as well as parts replacement (charging port included) and other customer related issues. I also manage the company website with a large SQL database; Updating prices, models, and every aspect of the front-end website.

During my five years with this company, I steadily worked my way up in stature, increasing my responsibilities and tasks. I started as a computer technician and salesman. After one year I become manager of the sales department. I was also tasked with managing the repair centre, which dealt with the repairs of mobile phones, game consoles and PC’s.
